For this office refurbishment, two existing former historic workshops and warehouses located in the Soho Conservation Area subsequently used as offices required converting to residential use.

Successful planning applications were made for two individual town houses with new basements, shear third floor extensions and new mansards at roof level.

The town houses successfully integrate the living spaces in to the ground and basement. Voids in the ground floor slab in front of the new picture windows allow natural day light to penetrate into the basement areas. Bedroom accommodation is provided at first and second floor with an open plan living space within the third floor level leading to a new mezzanine floor set back to maintain daylight provision to the existing properties to the rear.

New shop fronts delineate the previous separate properties and the original fenestration restored.
