Our role ensures that the contractor delivers the project in accordance with your expectations and legal agreements.

We liaise with the contractor and wider design team to identify and resolve issues as they arise—be they technical, logistical, or procurement-related—keeping the project on track and supporting timely decision-making.

We also carry out interim valuations of completed work and certify payments in line with the contract, providing you with a clear, impartial assessment of progress and financial exposure at each stage.
