Successful Planning Permission – Southwark Bridge Road

We have recently received planning permission for a restoration and alteration to the existing residential three bedroom house in Union Street Conservation Area on Southwark Bridge Road. The project includes internal layout alterations as well as restoration of the front facade: removal of an existing render to expose original brickwork and replacement of the ground floor window with a new arched window to restore the original appearance of the house. The project also includes a new design of the fully glazed, double height bay window to the rear with shading screens and privacy fencing to the terrace overlooking the Mint Street Park.
